Pick-Up Information
Your cooperation in observing the above rules and requests will help to ensure the safety of all of the children at Devonshire. Thank you! Please Remember...Please remember with the colder weather and snow, when the students go outside for recess they will not be allowed to play in the snow without proper gear, snow pants, boots, hats, and gloves. Without these items they will only be allowed on the blacktop area. Green TicketsWe have started our Green Ticket program again this year as a way to reward students for demonstrating outstanding behavior, or going above and beyond as a student of Devonshire. Students can earn a green ticket if a staff member sees them displaying one of the pillars of good character. Students will then put their ticket into one of our four containers outside the front office for a chance to win one of our prizes. For this trimester, students can choose extra P.E. time, extra computer time, lunch with a “celebrity,” or changing the outdoor marquee with Mr. Steinkamp. This program has helped us to focus on the positive choices our students are making, and not just targeting poor choices and negative behavior. |
